Occasionally something comes along that is amazing, inspirational and insane.

Eddie Izzard's 43 marathons in 51 days was immense. David Walliams swimming 140 miles of the River Thames was awe inspiring. The challenges that James Cracknell undertakes are heroic. But this guy, Charlie Martell, is planning on rowing unsupported across the North Pacific ocean. Check it out: http://www.pacific2012.com/ . An super human effort like this deserves our collective support.

We all wish Charlie the best of luck and will be following his progress.
